Hung from a handmade pair of Thai Silver earwires which are 1 1/2 inches long, total length is 1 3/4 inches long.The deep red semi-transparent beads are very rare and were made in Italy in the mid-late 1800's, and traded in West Africa. Simple and elegant! The same color as older white heart beads (Coralene D'Alleppo).
